Helping Medtech innovators navigate the business of healthcare
I am the founder of The Revenue Cyclist, a specialized advisory practice focused on one of the most critical - and most misunderstood - drivers of success in medtech: reimbursement.
I partner with companies to align reimbursement strategy with clinical development, commercial execution, and ultimate exit objectives. I view reimbursement not as a downstream function, but as a core driver of enterprise value.
My work spans both strategy and execution. Having built and led each core domain within reimbursement, I bring an operator’s perspective to every engagement - designing solutions that withstand scrutiny from payers, providers, regulators, and investors, and perform in real-world environments.

I am highly selective in the companies I work with, focusing on therapies that meaningfully improve patient outcomes and where I can have sustained, long-term impact.
The goal is alignment across clinical, commercial, and market access strategy. The result is a pathway to scalable revenue.

Founder
My career in healthcare began at 20, working nights in a billing office in self-pay collections. It was a modest starting point, but it sparked a fascination with the business of healthcare - one that shaped the trajectory of my career.
That fascination has never faded. I’ve watched our health system evolve from paper-based processes to fully electronic, and now an AI-enabled era. Yet the fundamental dynamics remain unchanged; a constant negotiation of power and value between government, private insurers, providers, and manufacturers.
In a system so focused on determining who captures value, let us not lose sight of why the system exists in the first place. At its core, this work is about the patient - and it always should be.
